The short version

  • We only collect what you choose to send us.
  • We use it to reply to you and deliver our services, never to sell or advertise.
  • This website has no tracking or advertising cookies.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.

01Who we are

This policy explains how Noctra Company For Communications and Information Technology (“noctra”, “we”) handles personal data when you visit noctra.sa or contact us. We are responsible for that data under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

02What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us when you use the project brief, message us on WhatsApp, email us or call us:

  • Your name and the organisation you represent
  • Contact details such as your phone number and email address
  • What you tell us about your project and its timeline

The project brief on this website is not stored on our servers. It is written in your browser and only reaches us if you choose to send it by WhatsApp or email.

03Cookies and technical data

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

  • Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser and is never sent to us.
  • Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

04How we use your data

  • To reply to your enquiry and understand what you need
  • To prepare proposals and deliver the services we agree on
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.

05Legal basis

We process your data with your consent when you contact us, to take the steps you ask for before a contract and to carry it out, and where the law requires it. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

06Who we share it with

Only with those who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

  • The communication services you choose to contact us through, such as WhatsApp or email
  • Our hosting and IT service providers
  • Government authorities, when the law requires it

07Where your data is kept

We keep your data in Saudi Arabia wherever possible. Some providers, such as messaging and email services, may process data outside the country. When that happens, we follow the PDPL rules on transferring personal data abroad.

08How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purpose you shared it for, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

09Keeping it safe

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, limit access to the people who need it, and review those measures regularly.

10Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

  • Know how your data is collected and used
  • Access your data and get a copy of it
  • Ask us to correct or complete it
  • Ask us to delete data we no longer need
  • Withdraw your consent

To use any of these rights, email us. We reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
